In that case, you can do the followings to fix this issue: First, turn off your TV and Input devices. Then, input the HDMI cable to the HDMI 1 port. Now, turn the TV and other devices on and press the input button on your remote. Then, scroll down and select HDMI 1 by pressing the up and down button on the remote.
For a hard reset: Unplug your TV. Press and hold the "Channel Down" and input" buttons on the panel. Plug the TV back while holding down these buttons. Seek assistance for this step if you have to. Keep holding the buttons until the TV powers back on. If it doesn't work, unplug the TV and try again.

If your Sharp TV HDMI is not working, there's no picture signal, or the input isn't recognized, first ensure that the HDMI cable is plugged into the output port on the external device and the input port on your TV.
Probably you can't - these switching input and power features are part of HDMI-CEC which you have to have on for ARC to work. Aquos Link is Sharps name for HDMI-CEC. see if you can switch off different features of Aquos Link and/or CEC on the soundbar (whilst keeping the overall CEC setting as "on". My opinions expressed here do not
The good news is that you can program your Sharp TV without a remote control. Here's how to change the input by using the buttons on your TV instead: Press the Power button to turn on your TV. Press the Input button. You'll see a list of input options. You can use the Channel buttons to move up and down the list.

Adjusting input settings on your Sharp TV is a breeze! You can quickly and easily configure the inputs to match up with all of your devices. To get started, you'll need to access the Input Settings menu from the Home screen. Once there, look for the option labeled Input Setting Adjustment.
1. Turn off your SHARP TV and all connected devices. 2. Unplug the TV's power cord from the electrical outlet. 3. Wait for at least 5 minutes to allow any residual power to discharge. 4. Plug the TV back in and turn it on. 5. Reconnect your external devices and check if the HDMI input is recognized. Tip 3: Reset the HDMI Input
To re-activate those inputs go to your TV's menu under "setup". Then select "input label" and press enter. Once you enter the menu, select the inputs you want to activate (in your case input 1 and 2) and use the side arrows on your remote to select a name.
ATT TV input does not work on my Sharp TV. Hello, I just received a new AT&T TV device and remote and I have programed as instructed. Everything is on the remote is working except the input selector bottom. I'm unable to change inputs on my Sharp TV. I have another set in another room with an LG tv and it works fine.

If your Sharp TV remote control is not working correctly, it may be due to infrared signal problems. Check that nothing is blocking the signal between the remote and the TV. If the problem persists, try replacing the batteries or purchasing a new remote control.
